My name is James Vuille-Kowing; I grew in Daytona Beach not a ten minute walk from the ocean. I like Florida weather, the water, doing my schoolwork (cool kids do their homework), and most importantly tennis. I’ve been playing tennis for around six years now, and it’s become a big part of my life. On the weekends I travel to tennis tournaments, sometimes in another state over. During the week, I spend a lot of my time up north in Flagler playing tennis at my coach’s tennis courts. I helped him build three courts at his house, which is located in the boonies on a few acres of swampland. He uses the courts to train his four talented daughters and his other students. When I’m not playing tennis (or diligently studying, as all cool kids do), I relax at his property and pick my guitar some. There’s lots of cool figures out there, from a group of his Russian friends who help him build things, college kids who come to train, and a wandering herd of goats. They even have a pet peacock! All in all, it’s a fun place to hang around.

Odd Jobs and Career Thoughts
By:James Vuille-Kowing
Are you a knight or lady fair?
Could you be a llama from Peru?
Or maybe a clown with a big red nose
What is it you will do?
When you get older, you could go up north
Where Aurora Borealis lights the cold
You could set a course down south
Like a pirate, where the warm wind blows
Maybe you’ll be president, or maybe an artist
There’s so much to decide
You could be a star, even the sun
As long as you earnestly try
